Project for the processing of avocado and tomato by means of cold temperature control, from raw material treatment, processing, and dispatch to the filling machine. The project involved the mechanical installation of new equipment, re-study of lines for adaptation to cleaning, reverse engineering of the process, and new integration of the line and manufacturing process. Project carried out with Siemens.
