Automation of industrial bakery plant
Programming project for the management of raw materials and bread production. Electrical engineering, automation and commissioning of the bread dough manufacturing process, management and maintenance of silos, dispatch to different manufacturing areas, processing several recipes. It also includes additive injection and time control. Selection of the type of bread and the installation manufactures the corresponding dough in a totally autonomous way, ready to be sent for forming, cutting and baking. Developed with Siemens and iFix.
