• Automation of Air Treatment Units (ATU) that control the air conditioning of the different rooms of the terminal extension.
• Integration and control of hot and cold water generation and distribution plants for air conditioning.
• Integration of autonomous air conditioning equipment (Rooftop, Fancoil, and VRV) in the terminal control system.
• Data acquisition from escalators, lifts, and automatic doors for display in the terminal control system.
• Data acquisition and control of the low voltage electrical installation of the terminal.

Project for the study, dismantling, assembly, and automation of dispatch transport lines in a dairy factory, reusing existing lines, including the integration of new dispatch transport lines. This project involves the integration between the electrical and automation departments together with third-party companies, in order to guarantee the specific needs of the project. A project based on the migration of the SCADA application for the control of services and plant to Ignition. The project involves the study and the reverse engineering of the control and visualisation of equipment, the study of functionality and management of reports and alarms in order to replicate it with the improvements requested by the client, to an Ignition application in Perspective, and with OPC communication.

Migration of programs and main project of PLCs and HMI of a brewery, in order to adapt to system for implementation of diagnostic data and processing for MES system. Carried out with Siemens, iFix and Wonderware inTouch.

Programming and integration project of new cleaning CIP in existing dairy food factory and in production, avoiding prolonged standstills. Joint installation and programming study with the property for commissioning without technical stop. Integration into existing SCADA project and application. Carried out with Wonderware System Platform and Siemens.

Project consisting of the preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the systems responsible for the control of the air conditioning, electromechanical, water pumping, status and alarm warnings of the terminal building elements, supervision of the status of fire protection and WONDERWARE SCADA supervision system. Through preventive maintenance, systems are tested and deviations are checked in order to be able to anticipate a possible error that could imply a risk in the normal operation of the installations. In the event of a failure in any of the systems,  these systems are repaired to restore their correct operation with a remote or on-site assistance. This is considered corrective maintenance. Evolutionary maintenance consists of small modifications that lead to the improvement of the systems and their performance. Carried out with Wonderware System Platform, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
